  The worst experience I've ever had. The "women" here are the rudest, most unhelpful MVD employees I've been in contact with, and their phone representatives aren't any better. They all have told me conflicting information, and they wonder why people are always so frustrated.

  People were not rude, I understand they are "non-stop" busy throughout the day. The problem I have is there was some sort of delay in processing my Title change and registration and the lady stated she would get back to me. I went in on Monday, July10 and have not received a call back yet,. I have called on three separate occasions and was told to hold for over 20 minutes and she never came back. I was lucky enough to speak to a gentleman who did take a minute to find out the status, he told me the title had been released and that the same lady was working on this as we speak and she would call me--I have still have to be called. Where is the professionalism? Like I said, I know they deal with hundreds of people daily, but that is my only transportation, I need my car. Not to mention I have to take off work and I need to schedule my time accordingly. All I'm asking is to PLEASE update me.

  I called to request information. After about the fourth time calling, a woman finally answered. I explained what I was calling about and all she would say was ma'am look at our website. I continued trying communicate professionally to her, but the she hung up on me. I was very upset. How unprofessional, but typical of the MVD office in Los Lunas.
